The West Collierville Middle School Girls' Cross Country team placed 4th at Saturday's TMSAA State Championships in Clarksville. Ava Long led the team with a strong effort, covering the course in 12:43. Other strong finishes included: Scarlett Nash (13:22), Evie Munz (13:52), Maggie Webber (14:01), Abbie Burke (14:27), Adelaide Bogda (14:32), and Avela Freire (15:00).
